PREP

Our team takes great pride in prepping every surface thoroughly prior to any coating application.

Our installation process involves first thoroughly preparing the concrete surface by cleaning, repairing cracks, and removing any previous coatings. We achieve this by way of grinding using diamond impregnated metals and top of the line industrial equipment. We take details to the highest level by vacuuming and scraping debris from all joints and hand grinding low spots/edges. We make sure  to give our customers full confidence in the final product.

Coat & Flake

After preparation, we apply our chosen base coat and flake into that. Our professionals ensure that the coating is applied evenly and seamlessly, resulting in a beautiful and durable finish that will last for years to come. Our flake systems require a very even broadcast in order to achieve evenness and full coverage of flake.

Vacuum and Clear Coat

After base coat and flake is cured, we scrape floors, edges and joints to provide an even flush surface for our top of the line top coat. We then vacuum excess flake and material to ensure a fluid and clean look. Our top coat is applied depending upon the customers desired finish whether it be a higher, glossier build or a thinner result.

FAQs

  • This process typically takes 1-2 days depending upon weather and size of the project! If you are on a time crunch, we would love to try and work with you to accommodate your needs.

  • We do not move furniture and do require the garage to be completely empty. If you have a refrigerator or something large that needs a dolly, please request it ahead of time and we can accommodate those needs.

  • You do not need to be home at the time of our installation. Our customer base and referrals will attest to our trustworthiness, however we will accommodate our customers dependent on their personal comfortability.

  • Not necessary! Our top of the line floor grinders followed by our industrial vacuums will take care of the surface prep so that you don’t have to!
